Semiramis

This new housing development is located on the outskirts of Prague. It is a large-scale development, with a master plan determining new city tissue inserted into anonymous high density residential area from eighties. The entire project includes 16 high-rise housing blocks providing extra level of open air green areas integrated into a building volume. In order to revive the entire urban area the ground level accommodates various retail activities as well as restaurants, fitness etc. to bring new life. A „board-walk“ - pedestrian connection has been designed as a integrating element providing access to every building. Structurally these buildings are based on four stories quadra units including three flats strongly connected with two green terraces.
